Spy bot S&D wont kill the virus. It kills spyware and adware. If you want to get rid of it try Avast. Run in safe mode too. By doing this restart and hit f8 until something happens then "safe mode" run avast full scan and delete what it finds.

Hm listen to me now, this is dangerous (READ ALL OF THIS):

1. You may have a trojan if you are seeing alerts from things like security or any other spywarethat seems to look like a real on. These usualy will say you have like 40 problems.

2. Begin to back up important fils to a disk or hardrive because it may cause you to lose control of your computer.

3. Only use one spyware or firwall, if you have more than one they contradict eachother making them weaker. An example is say you have AVG and McAfee together. This makes you have less protection.

4. Keep on doing full sweeps and stop using the internet for a while.

5. Use your firewalls tool bar when searching for a site so it only shows safe ones.

6. Turn on google protection so it shows safety status of each site.

7. Start logging off of your active log ins (facebook and crap)P because it may be accessing these.

8. Scedule an appointment with like geek squade or somethin (but look at next step before you do).

9. If everytime you press a program and it wont lket you because it says it has a virus, lets hope you backed up fils cuz your screwed. Restart your comouter and when you see the screen like up a little hold down F8 and choose restore my computer. It should ask for an imagy and choose factory so your computer is like it was when you8 first got it. Ignore the other crap and just reinstall your backed up files and try a different spyware this time. Hope this helps!

It sounds like you have malware, which is a rogue anti-virus that introduces more viruses to your computer and creates vulnerabilities. Try malwarebytes, Nod32, Superantispyware or Avast to detect this malware and delete it. Malware is particularly hard to get rid of because it is made to be sneaky like this. You could also try a System Restore to restore your computer to an earlier time. If this doesn't work, I suggest you take your computer to a professional that will get rid of this problem.

spybot is not a virus remover. you can try downloading AVG or Avast. you can also try a system restore. good luck
